There was no iron or steamer in the room, but one was available upon request. The hotel was in a great location. Quiet, but still close enough to walk to the train station and busy shopping areas.

We stayed here for 5 nights during our trip to Tokyo. This was our first time in Japan and this hotel had everything we needed. The rooms are small, but very clean and have everything you need. The staff were helpful checking us in after a long day of travel and set up luggage forwarding to our next hotel when we were ready to leave. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Tokyo.

I really enjoyed this boutique hotel. Located in an excellent area just the perfect distance from all the action nightlife and food of the Shinjuku area the hotel itself could use a little bit of polish. However, the room was extremely comfortable. The staff very warm. The happy hour with free flowing wine sake, and whiskey from 5 to 9 PM was really cool. Comfortable sitting areas. They offer a complementary western style cold breakfast buffet. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.
