We stay for two nights and every single time entering the gate we got questioned that if we are staying at the hotel. No welcome words. Staff there pay no efforts to recognize their resident. Not friendly nor reliable.
On the second morning when we are going out and asking the concierge staff to help us to grab a taxi she suggested us to just stop one outside the gate. Though I insisted she call for us and told her our destination. But when we got off the vehicle we found out that the driver toke us to a wrong place…
And no amenities are refilled by the housekeeping thus when I need to use the cotton bud after shower I have to call the front desk and wait for another 20 minutes for it to be delivered.
And… never mentioned the butler, who never showed up during our stay. Though the staff helped us upon our check-in told us that the butler will come to the room to greet us later. But it turns out that no one came. Even our welcome drinks are not served until the night before our departure.
As I already felt uncomfortable and unacceptable at that moment I complained about the butler service to the staff who brought our drinks to room. However till next morning we checked-out and left, we never got any apology or explanation about this.
Absolutely a disappointment and the worst part of our travel to Singapore this time. Will never go back again.
