Nice and friendly staffs. Clean room. Great breakfast. Only thing is that the rooms are not well soundproofed. Especially at bed time and early morning, noises come from next bathroom time to time while sleeping, really affect rest well. Otherwise, it’s a good place to stay.

Excellent location next to an MRT station. Especially suitable for people travelling to Taipei to play poker at the new Asia Poker Arena, which is less than 10mins walking distance away.

pretty good
great service, spacious, built well, quiet, nice location with accesss to lots of transportation. Food options close by were lacking. Breakfast was decent. Good choice for the price!

Amazing hotel in Taiwan
I don't know if it applied for me, i was really feeling comfortable and their service was so good. When i got there, they just didn't ask many stuffs, and i was able to go inside faster check-in 1 hour. They served some foods and even in the hotel had it. I had trip for 3days and this was the best.

Disappointed
Disappointed. First, the bathroom. Due to an issue with the glass doors of the shower (I suppose), they put a bathtub in the shower (with not proper drain pipe so the water is ending in the shower, see picture) and they hung the shower curtain to the former support of the shower doors (most of the rooms of the floor had a bathtub in the shower). When standing in the bathtub, my head was nearly touching the rain shower. Then in the corner of the bathroom you can see mold. Furniture are damaged and need maintenance. Employees were not friendly (the manager lady of the front desk was more than not friendly, she was limit impolite) except two employees at the front desk who were nice and the cleaning lady of the 1st floor who was very helpful ( she explained us how the washing machine was working only with the hands as she was only speaking Chinese). Good point: breakfast is ok, location is good, washing machines and dryers available.

I had a room with malfunctioning air conditioning. As soon as I reported the problem, the hotel moved me to another room where there was no problem. I was very impressed with their rapid response.

The staff are friendly and nice.
The staff are friendly and nice. The room is clean though it's small. The food is great. I am not hesitant to recommend this hotel. The location is near to the train station. It surrounded with restaurants. It is a perfect place for me.

Long weekend in Taipei
We were really pleased with our choice of Forward Hotel during our visit to Taipei. Extremely convenient as it's just around the corner from the MRT station, and in a quiet area. Within walking distance is Creative 1914, worth visiting if you have a free hour or two. Good breakfast, welcoming staff, great value for money. Pocket WiFi available to rent helped us out a lot too.

This hotel is very close to MRT station (Green line and orange line) and just two stop from the main station very easy to go everywhere. Nice people, clean, good breakfast and very good price.

Love to be back again!
Good experience overall. Cleanliness, bright, room might not bring very big but well layout for 1 guest. Breakfast spread is decent, loves the bacon! The lobby has ample seats n hot beverage. Very thoughtful act in this winter season. The hotel is not getting my 5th star, just because of the bath tub! The tub is beautiful but not too practical. Climbing in n out that tiny tub posed a little hazard. The rain shower was installed too low..

It's a fairly decent hotel. It's only a block away from the MRT which is extremely convenient. And the biggest plus was that each room came with a complimentary android phone for you to use during your stay.

The staff were great. Very friendly and very helpful. Top notch. The room I first stayed in had an odour that was getting worse after day 1. Room number 809. They couldnt move me to another room until the following day. That was unfortunate. Breakfast needs a bit more help. Area was great for restaurants and subway access.
