"위치도 괜찮았고 식사도 맛있었고, 직원분들도 친절해서 좋았어요 다만, 제가 숙박했던 18층이 수리를 새로 했는지 페인트 냄새가 너무 나서 방에서도 냄새를 맡을 정도 였어요. 업무차 방문해서 호텔에서는 밤에만 있었기 때문에 방을 바꿔 달라고 하지는 않았지만, 휴가차 묵었더라만 체크인 하자마자 방을 바꿔달라고 했을 것 같아요."

"Very caring staff. A great deal of attention is paid to customer care. The detail of care exceptional. I wish I could have stayed longer. The only minus was the couple of meals that I ordered. "I stay in Shangri La bangkok on 13 May 2024...front office staff helpful ! Breakfast oso not bad...the hotel ferry to ICON Siam good idea but ended up 5.30pm evening too early, last ferry shld be ending 7pm or 7 30pm from ICON Siam much convenient for hotel guest...at least let hotel guest finished their dinner n take last ferry ride 7pm or 7.30pm better...5.30pm ferry ride too early...otherwise hotel is good ! I m from Singapore. "
