"After a disappointing stay at another hotel, my family and I arrived here and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was warm and welcoming, and check-in was smooth. The room and bathroom were spotless, and I especially loved the rain shower head. We slept like babies! The location is great—about a 20-minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Upon arrival, we were given two complimentary drink tickets, which was a nice touch. Since we arrived around 10:30 a.m. and check-in wasn’t until 3 p.m., the staff held our bags so we could explore the neighborhood. We didn’t return until 5 p.m., and to our delight, our luggage had already been placed in the room. All we had to do was pick up the keys. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a huge improvement over our last experience. Highly recommended!"

"Great location, quiet but close to the arc de triomphe and walkable to Eiffel Tower. We had a family room which included two single beds for the kids which was perfect. Continental breakfast was also good. Would definitely recommend for families. The balcony view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing"
