"We had a terrible time checking in. We almost had to leave. They had no information regarding our reservation. Apparently a disconnect between the individual apt owner, hotels.com, and the front desk. Also pool was never open yet—one of the main reasons we selected it. Also property is not a hotel. Reviews of 10 score were misleading. "
"O apartamento tem ótima localização e é espaçoso com camas confortáveis e banheiro e chuveiros muito bons. Único porém é que o apartamento (é talvez o prédio) tem um cheiro de mofo muito forte (que ao ligar o ar minimiza um pouco). Por conta do mal cheiro, não recomendo"

"The staff is very friendly and even helped our party with a lost item! Lovely location and overall peaceful environment. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was worth it! Some rooms are larger than others and are very cozy for movie nights."
"The hotel itself is nice and the staff responsive. The morning breakfast crew did a good job with the food. You can plan on not taking a shower around 6:30 A.M. due to an apparent lack of water. On the weekend, you will need some ear protection until around midnight when the local bands stop playing. You might check around to see how the competition is rated in the area before you book here."
