"THEY PUT ME IN ROOM 102, WHICH HAS UNLOCKED WINDOWS AND IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE OUTSIDE. I COULDNT SLEEP BECAUSE I WAS SCARED OF BEING MUGGED! THE TOILET IS FILTHY WITH MOSS AND WHATNOT AND THE TV DOESNT WORK. I WILL NEVER RETURN ANS I HOPE THE HOTEL BURNED DOWN BECAUSE OF STUPID MANAGEMENT. THE STAFF SAID THE DEPOSIT WILL GET REFUNDED ON 2 DAYS NOTICE. IF IVE KNOWN I COULDVE PAID THE DEPOSIT VIA CASH. WHAT YOU GIVE YOU GET BACK. I AM AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER."

"Basic hotel in a very central location. It's an old and dated hotel, furniture and sheets are old but clean. Bathroom is clean. For the price paid, can't really complain. Location is convenient for walking to the major tourist places downtown. Good if you want a cheap stay. A bugbear is there is no socket near the bed, so you can't charge and use phone in bed. No kettle provided but you can buy big bottled water for RM1 at the counter."

"No cleaning during our 3N stay. we had to buy our own toiletpapir during our stay. A LOT of noice from the neighbours playing music/concerts after midnight (stayed 1st floor, no window). Could easily hear people outside in the corridor and other room/upstairs. IMO I don't think the standard is a hotel. Great with water cooler/heater for the guests (2th floor). Elevater is fast. A lot of places to eat right outside. "

"The window/wall interface of the property facing outside, is not waterproof. It leaks rain water when it rains heavily. The cleanliness is good, and the shower power is good. If you have a car, the parking space is at the highest floor possible, so you would have to drive in circles upwards and downwards a long way. There are eating places very conveniently located nearby. The pool has a great view, and probably the best in Ipoh. "

"Apartment is good except very stingy on toilet paper. There’s 4 adults staying in the apartment for five days and only allocated 4 rolls. We need to request for it and only given 2 rolls until we need to buy our own tissues. There was no water during one night in toilets and we were unable to flush and wash hands till next morning which there were no communication or warning. Unable to make drink water or make beverages too. "

"The sound proof of the hotel is very bad. Early morning we can hear outside noise so clearly, very noisy. The design of the toilet is very bad too, there is no place to put your things & the whole toilet is very wet after bath. But the staff is excellent, very good service."
