"When we arrived at the room, the access code didn’t work, so I contacted the host. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a response, so I had to reach out to support. It took two hours to get a response, and they informed me that the access code had been changed. This was quite frustrating. Once I got in, the room was amazing. It felt like I was at home. The only other complaints I have are the noisy furnace and the loud upstairs neighbors. The unit has quiet hours, but we were disturbed by the noise. I...
