"The place is close to everything, very safe. Easy to get to from bart. Front staff is very friendly, professional and ready to assist with recommendations. The issue is, rooms have a heater but no AC. It was a really hot day in SF. Possible that they do not have many really hot days. "

"the walls were so thin that you could hear everything- our room was on the third floor but could hear people talking in the seating area outside the lobby. They were LOUD!!!! the water pressure in the sink was very low. the location was good. "

"Staff nice until we were yelled at by vallet because of filming some tv show. We were rushed and we had two infants to unload while traffic proceeded as vallet and manager yelled at us to hurry. We will most likely not recommend. "
