Check-in was smooth, and we loved the free shuttle, bike rentals, and the helpful resort app. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel truly cared for. I also had one of the best massages ever, and the gym, pool, and sauna were excellent. Highly recommended."

"When the bus first dropped us off at the end of the alleyway, we weren’t quite sure where we were staying, but once we arrived we were very pleasantly surprised. For the hotel’s rating, it was very well located central, convenient, and easy to get around from. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay, and they did our laundry for a very fair price, which was a huge plus while traveling with kids. We rented bikes from a small shop nearby (we needed bikes with child seats on the back), and being able to bike around was fantastic & highly recommended. Breakfast was also good and a nice way to start the day. Overall, a good stay and we would recommend. "

New facility, so everything is spotless, clean, and new. The gardens were beautiful, and the free bike rentals were clutch. It was great biking to near by restaurants, and sights. Couldn't have been more pleased with the property overall. Travelers, head into Tam Coc for food. It was amazing! "
