"We asked to change rooms because a large cockroach crawled across the wall from our bed. We needed to asked for enough towels for everyone in our room. The breakfast was terrible looking and mostly gone both time went down to see about getting food, and decided to eat elsewhere due to poor quality. There was no coffee and only cranberry juice available. I asked the staff for plastic ware or a spoon to eat leftovers we were going to warm up and was told they couldn't provide anything. Never staying at a Wyndham again!!!!"

"The breakfast left much to be desired. The room was clean but felt old and a bit dated. I didn’t use WiFi, but I believe there is a charge for it. The beds/matesses were older and there was an obvious indentation where it had gotten the most use. The pillows were average, though too soft for me. The room overall was adequate, staff was nice, and it’s convenient to the interstate with a few restaurants nearby."

"The location was fine. It's just off the interstate and was minutes away from the venue in downtown Alabama that I was visiting. There are multiple food options near by and a newly constructed ChicfilA is being finished up at the moment. Literally, the workers were working at 2 am this morning and still at it at 10 am when we were checking out. The staff was nice and wvwn sent a check in text moments after check in to ensure all was fine. The TV displayed a welcome message to someone who clearly was not me. She did have to pause and restart or something when she was about to hand me my keys, so I'm thinking she switched my room and that is why. I wonder if the person who received my room had a better room. 🤔 I booked the room because of the hotel's high Google rating but I feel like more care could have been given to cleanliness. It wasn't filthy, but I think they may lean more towards quick spot cleaning rather than thorough attention to what a room needs. Also, when wear and tear occurs, hospitality providers should address to sustain the attractiveness of the facility. There was obvious scuffing, chipping, peeling, crumbs, stains, etc that housekeeping and maintenance are not addressing. This gives me pause in any location because the purpose is comfort away from home. I don't want to spend money a day be in a place where I have to worry about shortcuts taken. It wasn't the worst hotel I've stayed in but I guess I'm just kinda done with paying money and not bein"

"Ms Ronnie checked us in after midnight. She was so pleasant & welcoming. Clean rooms, excellent hot water for shower. "

"We didn't stay! The building was in ill repair. It's OLD and looked really bad. I had NO desire to look at the room. As far as safety goes the lobby is kept locked. We had to go into a door that had a window with a small opening to speak to desk clerk. We forfeited our money we paid to stay the night. My life was worth more than what we paid and lost. Wish someone had been honest and told us how bad it was before we booked. "
