"Clean room"

"I was disappointed with the parking situation because you have to pay for parking which is fine but then you can’t even park in front of the room you are staying at if you are on the first floor but to add to it you have to go find your own parking spot that has been sold to people that aren’t even guests at the hotel so it makes the start of the trip already bittersweet so I don’t think I will be returning to this hotel because it’s too much of an inconvenience."

"The pool was clean. This property certainly has seen it's better days. They have tried to up grade but used residential flooring and it does not hold up in a commercial setting. The floor was never cleaned while we were there. They didn't take out any trash. It is just not up to be called a Disney good neighbor property."

"Receptionist at front desk was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and checkout was smooth and fast"

"Hotel was ok. “Parking available” means you get the pleasure of paying $26/day to park your rental car. It’s about 20min walk to Downtown Disney but closer to 30min to get to the actual gates."

"The beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. Property is clean and close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Hotel is near Disney and offers a shuttle. "
