"I was very disappointed when I arrived at this hotel. The exterior isn’t maintained properly. The room was dated, not very clean, and uncomfortable to stay in. No ice machine on the property, the Keurig didn’t work to make coffee, and the blinds didn’t open. The only perk was the bus stop right there with direct service to Disneyland. "

"Very satisfied this is my fourth time stain here Could use a breakfast bar in the morning maybe some toast, bagels cereal something like that even though Mimi‘s across the street, but it would be nice "

"The bathtub fills up with dirty water does not drain. 6 to 8 inches of dirty water stayed in the tub for over 10 hours. Even after maintenance came the water still would not drain we could not shower. I asked the staff for another room to shower in and was told they had no other rooms. Asked to speak to the manager Sam. I was told he was not in I requested he call me waited all day no call from him. Went back into the office the next day and asked to speak to Sam The manager again was told he was not in. Requested he call me again waited 7 hours still no call from him. I finally had to call them and was told by Nikki that Sam was in but that he was busy. I said to place me on hold I would wait to talk to him. He did not come on the phone Nikki came back on the line and said that she would help me even though 2 employees I had already talked to said they could not help me that I had to talk to Sam. My opinion of Sam is that he absolutely does not care about his Patrons and hides behind his employees so he does not have to speak to his patrons. I have stayed here many times but it seems as though the property is not being kept up very well any longer. Black disgusting dirt caked in the corners of the bathroom floor. Floor was dirty. I asked for some sort of compensation due to not being able to shower. Nikki said she spoke to Sam when she called me back and said he would only offer 10%. I told here I was not happy with that. I would type more but limit reached. I got no refund"

"Pool and spa were clean and there was plenty of seating. Housekeeping did amazing, however we noticed we only had hand towels for half our stay. Other than that the stay was perfect, the room was clean with plenty of room and the A/C was working perfect for the hot days. Check in and out was quick and convenient and did i mention pool and spa are open 24 hours, how amazing is that for after a long day at the parks! Will definitely be booking for my next trip!"
