"Main downside was no tea/coffee in the room - everything has to be paid for separately eg at the bar. Good breakfast was included for us. Bikes can be used for free which was nice. Air con not great, more like a fan, but we opened a window and in late May this was fine. Pleasant staff other than one officioius type in the restaurant."

"Great service!"

"Very friendly and capable bar staff."

"The location is close to the center in a quiet area. The grounds are very nice and the pools are clean. The rooms are of decent size but our bathroom was rundown and the minibar described as a refrigerator was in fact a malfunctioning old minibar. Overall, the hotel inside bears wear and tear and qualifies it to no more than 3 stars. Manager Grigoio was very cordial and helpful and did his best."

"This is the best experience at all levels, staff, room, the pools, water, treatment, food"

"Lovely hotel, very nice rooms."

"Das Hotel ist nicht nur indie Jahre gekommen, es wird auch nicht geputz. Durchgelegene Matratzen kratzige alte Decken und Kopfkissen so flach und hart wie Steine. Duschen ist nicht möglich, da dass Wasser nicht runterrennt. Eifach schrecklich"

"Nice staff although additional costs such as use of pool and swim caps weren't explained to us prior, despite having called before arriving and being told the swim pool was included in our price. Very dated rooms and the hotel lobby is a complete mess with furniture everywhere. Swimming pool was nice but jacuzzi looked out onto a small maintenance area that wasn't very nice to look at."

"Mitten in der Nacht um ging die Tür auf und jemand stand im Raum. Ich habe mich so erschreckt das ich die ganze Nacht nicht mehr schlafen konnte. Ich hatte abgeschlossen!"

"Was a little hotel in beautiful town. Very clean, very friendly, breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Hotel in a quite area "
