"The room was clean, large and the kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen was great. Check in was clunky at best. It’s self-check in and you have to make your own keys. Which is fine but their equipment wasn’t setup/plugged in the lobby and the employee just watched us struggle and never offered to help which was odd. We actually assumed they maybe didn’t work there since they never acknowledged us at all or offered to help but later found out they did indeed work for the hotel. We found a second setup station elsewhere in the hallway which was installed and in working order and were able to get the keys. The hotel is a little outside of the main city center but easy access to public transportation. There’s a bakery downstairs but not much else in the way of dinning in the immediate area. The tv only has local channels which isn’t a big deal but also would’ve been nice to have access to Netflix’s or something for the kids in the evenings. "

"Staff were very helpful, including with onsite parking instructions. Excellent location, easy walk to main attractions, central train station, groceries, restaurants, laundry mat. Lobby was cozy and offered complimentary coffee and water. Great stay! "

"This hotel is located in a quiet area south of the City It is ideally located for the Ubhan to the city. There is construction being undertaken nearby but this is only during the day. There is an underground car park. The online check in and check out were easy. My room was a single business room which was comfortable and clean with windows and air conditioning. The bathroom was light and spacious. It had plenty of storage and a desk. Breakfast represented excellent value for money. Everything was fresh and tasty. This Hotel has great eco values. My only suggestion for improvement would be a coating on the shower base or a shower mat to prevent slipping. The base was long. There wasn’t a rail to get hold of when I did my impression of Bambi as I was leaving the shower."

"Parking instructions should be put online in listing description. The apartment itself is small but clean and has everything that's needed. Lobby is staffed and nice."

"Great location and spacious room. Bathroom was very small. room and overall feel of hotel was not very clean. That being said it was pretty reasonable so I’d prob stay here again the next time in Munich. "
