"1st, the staff was so friendly. Very welcoming, definitely great customer service both at check in and check out. 2nd, THE ROOM, AMAZING. My boyfriend is disabled and in a powerchair, this requires us to travel with a travel hoyer lift to be able to get him in and out of bed. For the first time, I think that whoever designed this accessible room either does use the equipment that we do or is very close to someone who is. Or I guess they may have actually consulted simmering with disabilities and asked what their ideal room set up is. The only thing I would change about the room is lose the carpet and make the whole room smooth flooring, that’s only because it’s hard to push the hoyer lift while he’s in it on the carpet no matter how thin. The bathroom, fabulously designed. The bed, not only extremely comfortable but this is only the second room we’ve ever stayed in that is actually very very accessible. we didn’t have to use the hoyer lift in the bathroom but i was curious had we needed to, could we. YES. We were absolutely blown away not only by the size and arrangement of the room but also the cleanliness. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good place to stay. but I feel like there is rarely any review on the level of accommodations they make at hotels. "

"Small room, but very clean and packed with amenities. Only glitch was that the a/c - heating unit wouldn't shut off. Had to pull the plug. Friendly, helpful staff and great morning coffee in the lobby. Ample, free parking for our large RV. Would stay again when in the area."
