Staff were so rude! Couldn’t get to sleep til 3am after staff keep coming to our room for no reason what so ever and cars on the main road

Nice location, lovely view of ocean and very quiet room. We only stayed overnight but it would be a great location for a holiday base to do day trips from.

I found the room comfortable. The TV was not working well, but the manager changed the batteries in the remote and it was okay. The booklets and the shampoo were out of my reach and the towel rail in the bathroom was missing.

The motel room I stayed in was clean, the bed was comfortable. It had all the basics required. As I was traveling for work I only needed somewhere to rest. The staff were very friendly.

Nice hotel, easy to get to.
The hotel was comfortable and very clean. This includes the bathroom which I couldn't fault. We were only there to sleep and left early in the morning the next day to get back to Melbourne but for what we needed the accommodation was fine. The TV's worked, the beds were spotless, the room smelled of lavender, a bit overpoweringly so, and the room was spacious enough for our family of four. Even the room rate was more than reasonable. We were only in the room from midnight until 9am the next day so we didn't use the wi-fi, or the kettle or any of the other facilities so we couldn't rate any of that but as I said, for what we needed the room was more than adequate and we've stayed in some very nice hotels in our time. The grounds were tidy but unfortunately the stair well leading to our room was used by Smokers as an ash tray. It's funny how only smokers think that smoking isn't really, really, really gross. Anyway, as I said our stay was comfortable enough and yes I would recommend this motel to my friends if they needed somewhere to stay in the event Guns 'N' Roses is doing a show at Adelaide oval where they play many of their hits and only a few of their, 'Why the heck are you playing that?' songs. The character limit for leaving a review on this website is extremely excessive, I can't believe I still have 9 characters to fill at the end of this statement. Bye.

Great for a large family
We stayed overnight and were amazed with the rim. Interconnected with a queen bed in one room and 5 singles. Would be very handy for larger families. We were pleasantly surprised

Comfortable and clean.
The staff were friendly and obliging. The motel was handy to relatives, which was convenient as I was attending my brothers funeral, and was close to a supermarket. However the shower recess left a little to be desired.

Not worth what we were charged.
Over charged for what we got, can get a fully equiped apartment for the same price. Room had dirt and dust on top of curtains, cupboards and microwave, interior of microwave had crumbs and bit of food splatter in it. One light on the wall above bed did not work and soap dispenser in bathroom was pretty much empty. I went too grab a cup out of cubboard and it was stuck too shelf surface! When I got the cup out you could see a ring stain in it from a previous customers cuppa, I had too clean all cups before use. Husband spoke too a male clerk and he said dust was because room near Road and doesn't get used much, no excuse for failing too meet hygiene standards. Unsanitary and very disappointed in response when issue was brought up. I wouldn't waste your money here, this place is not worth what they charge.

The back door had been kicked in and the only way to secure it was a slide-bolt which was really only big enough for a kitchen cupboard. There were drunks arguing outside my door at 2.00am, rubbish lying everywhere and weeds all around

The family room was good as it had one room with a queen bed and one room with three single beds. The beds were comfortable . The bathroom was clean. The problem was with our door as it kept getting stuck ,which made it hard to get out of the room. This is bad as I'd there was a fire we would not be able to get out quickly. I told the manager , but he just said he already knew about it and was waiting for the carpenter to fix the frame. The manager did not tell us this when we moved in. The hotel also does not clean your room daily , so we had to use our wet towels again.

Rooms were good but the customer service was non existent. The manager was away and his wife didnt have a clue how to run the establishment at all. Didnt have our booking reservation even though I had the e.mail from wot if to prove it so she wouldn't give us a receipt.

First impression basic low cost room, small TV. The room generally appeared clean, neat and tidy however the spider webs in the cornice were an indication that the room was overdue a good spring clean.
