"We had a booking but were informed that the hotel was sold out, terrible customer service did not resolve issue, they informed us that the booking system shouldn’t be allowing hotel room bookings as the hotel was full, we had to wait until guest checked out to be allocated our room, very disorganised we got different stories from staff, eventually got a room, poor decor, glass everywhere in the bathroom ie no privacy!!!! Just poor quality, no responsible staff!"

"The room was so large! We were only there for a short period before an early morning flight. The checked us in and out efficiently so we could maximize our rest time. The three beds plus the window seat ensured we didn’t have to share and risk a tiny kid kick during those precious few hours. "

"Will not go again :( So very much needed sleep was interrupted at 2:50am by a knock at the door followed by door opening with no permission to enter. This cannot happen and shows an extremely poor management and miscommunication between the staff. Not to mention the yellow drops (marks) on the toilet seat. "
