"The hotel is nice overall, but it's showing its age. The furniture is old and cracked. The bathroom fixtures are worn down, and the shower isn't working properly. Even though it’s a Sheraton Luxury Collection hotel, almost everything feels dated and no longer meets today’s standards."

"The hotel manager is extremely helpful and the staff are all very friendly The restaurant was very good open long hours The room was clean and comfortable The hotel has a basement garage so when it is raining it was really nice to drop off and keep dry when raining Airport shuttle was great!!"

"The location is great if you know your way around Addis, some staff members really makes an effort to make your stay pleasant while some are outright rude and hostile. I was not able to use the GYM area on the weekend as they do not allow customers staying in the hotel to use the facilities on weekends, the lady looking after the facility gave me a very rude speech about the rules being the rules. Overall there are better options for the price and I would not recommend the place."
