"My wife and I recently stayed at Le Basilica Addis Hotel, Apartments & Spa, and we will definitely return. The apartments were very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The waitresses were exceptional, and while the team is naturally welcoming, further training for the management and front desk would elevate the service to a truly elite standard. "The hotel is nice overall, but it's showing its age. The furniture is old and cracked. The bathroom fixtures are worn down, and the shower isn't working properly. Even though it’s a Sheraton Luxury Collection hotel, almost everything feels dated and no longer meets today’s standards."

Clean rooms, breakfast buffet and airport shuttle with each stay, 24 hour room service-- great amenities, and incredibly courteous staff ready to help with anything. Located in a central business district that is safe and close to restaurants and cafes and less than 3 miles from the airport!"
