"This hotel was gorgeous and grand. We loved our huge room which had two bathrooms, a living room, several closets, and a huge king sized bed. It was very spacious and we had a very nice view of the courtyard and

"Not like the pictures at all. Runned down dirty and disappointing sums up this place. The room was filthy, missing the remote control to the tv, the fancy big shower jacuzzi was broken and smelled like mold. The lighting was horrible in the bathroom the walls were thin and the elevator was broken so be prepared to walk up a lot of stairs. The gym was nice but crowed and the spa was disappointing. I had a massage and it wasn’t good the room was bright zero music and very loud as I could hear...
