"The AC is both the rooms we booked did not work and stayed at 27 degrees the entire 10 hours we reserved it. We notified the housing staff and the front desk, they tried to fix the unit by clicking on the control, offered no concessions and said it would take at least another hour most likely more if I wanted to switch rooms. I would highly not recommend this hotel, it honestly just seems like a money grab. They saw them tell people there weren’t any rooms availiable in person if they only wanted rooms for a lesser amount of hours but if you booked online for the full 24 hours there magically would be. Would only book this as a last resort if you wanted a stuffy sauna experience. Aside from that, the shower worked, private bathroom was good and room was fine except the AC not working and not offered a solution to that and the thin sound proofing where you could hear the airport announcements. "

The location is great - it’s very close to the airport, in a safe area, and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. There is also a complementary airport shuttle! We enjoyed our stay. "The room did not have the described amount and type of bed. It was meant to have a queen and a king bed. However, as there was only one bed, they put a single bed in the living room after we complained about the discrepancy. "

"There was a lot of construction going on throughout the stay. Both at the hotel and on road in front. Associated WiFi and power challenges. Neither the hotel nor expedia responded to my request to cancel to go elsewhere. A few roaches killed in the room but otherwise clean ad adequate for price. "
