"I had a wonderful 3-night stay at InterContinental Hanoi Westlake. The hotel is beautifully located over the lake, offering peaceful views and a relaxing atmosphere away from the busy city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, making the stay feel effortless from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi."

Rose, the manager, is incredibly helpful and hooked us up with the best Ha Long Bay cruise - a trip highlight! She is warm and makes guests feel at home. The team members — Broky, Sarah, Lilly, Kendra, Emma annd others — are super helpful, polite, and professional. Great breakfast options and very comfortable rooms.
