"受付スタッフは外国人、一生懸命に応対してくれました。 建物は、遠目からの印象が一瞬廃屋の様。中に入ると綺麗にはされてたけど、ガランとした感じ。部屋にはベッドとドライヤーだけ、ロビーのタオルなどを持ち込む感じ。 夕食と朝食はトレーな定食準備有り。無料は嬉しい。ご飯とお味噌は、自分で好きなだけ。コーヒーマシンも一応 有り。 シャワーは、水圧も有って出は良いが､お湯がなかなか出てこないので､しばらく出し続ける必要が有り。 月曜日の宿泊だったが、広い駐車場に車が数代…宿泊客も10人以下…とても安いので､寝るだけなら十分かと…。"

"We wanted to stay near Usa Shrine and Usa Station, so it was good location wise (5-minute drive to shrine, 2-minute drive to station) But from the price, we expected a nicer place. The room and onsen were quite outdated, but the staff was very kind and the food was good."

"This is an excellent hotel for those who would like to eat out and go to nearby Onsen as the hotel does not have Onsen. The hotel was modern Japanese feel, designed by a local architect. It sits in a very quiet location and about 10 minutes walk to the jigoku area."

"Impeccable service! So we did not indicate that we have two children joining us as we always do when we book our accommodation. The owner couple accommodated us in all ways, providing the children with meals and even remaking the bed such that it fit the four of us. What stood out the most is that we have forgotten our travel adapter. When we did not respond to their email as we were out at the safari, the owner even drove out to the theme park to pass it to us. "露天風呂は開放感があって良い。 しかし、22時までしか入れないから長く楽しめない。 室内に入ると臭い（温泉の匂いではない） エアコンの暖房が効かない 備え付けの食器、調理器具が衛生的とは思えない。 敷布団が薄いし変な分かれ方しているので寝にくい。 総合的に鑑み、料金が高いと感じた。 唯一良い点はアフリカンサファリと地獄めぐりが近い事。"
