酒店提供有室內及露天溫泉設施，同時亦有冷水池及sauna 設施，作為度假酒店超級讚。另外亦貼心地提供自助洗衣機乾衣機，值得一讚。以下是需要改善的地方： （1）牙刷刷毛太硬 （2） 提供支裝飲用水 （3）401號 房內近浴室的一張床褥中間下陷 ，沒有承托力，需要更換或維修。

川反に歩いてすぐであること（秋田駅にも歩ける）、併設の日帰り入浴施設（タワー型サウナが素晴らしい！）を何度も利用できること、その日帰り入浴施設でマンガ読み放題であること、駐車場が広い、ことなど充実しています。反面、本館は年数が経過していること、東館はエレベーターが1機で1階からも宿泊階からも待つことが多いこと、チェックアウトして30分で駐車場が有料になってしまうこと、ロビーにコーヒーサービスがないこと、がマイナスポイント。
