"Graeat location with link to Mall of Emirates. Excellent staff. Superby housekeeping service from Emelia made my stay to feel like l was home despite the fact that it was peak season. The breakfast chefs were very good with the egg orders. The gym and swimming pool on the 24th floor have excellent views. I was not impressed with the aircon as the have fans that maintain room temperatures of 23°C and can not go above that hence a disadvantage on a chilly day."

"The hotel looked very run down and cleanliness was the main issue I can pinpoint that definitely needs a lot of working. the TV remotes were all dirty with sticky stuff. the kitchen appliances were dirty and needed rewashing. house keeping did minimum effort to clean the room."

"We got upgraded to a suite, which of course made the stay much better. It is not a
luxury
hotel, but it is a nice hotel with good facilities and very helpsome staff. The breakfast was a little bit disappointing. They have pork license - that was nice - and we had a fantastic meal in the Sportsbar. Extremely nice sportsbar. The lifeguard was from Sri Lanka. Such a nice person. Fantastic view from the rooftop pool. We will be back"

"I stayed at the deluxe king-bed room. And it was even better than on the photos. I loved the bright colors of the room, large mirrors and furniture that looks harmonic. The room was tidy clean, meaning room service was on high level. The staff is amazing, their customer service goes above and beyond! Overall, I might easily say that Al Khoory Atrium is among the best hotels I have ever stayed and I would definitely recommend it to everyone!"

"This property is in an excellent location, surrounded by various restaurants and walking distance to the metro station. The Mall of Emirates is either a 20 min walk or one metro stop. The most positive review goes to the hotel staff. All the staff are extremely helpful, efficient and do go out of their way to make sure customers' are comfortable . However there are issues with the hotel. Every Friday evening the hotel hosts a party on the first floor and the noise travels to the guestroom...
