Friendly staff, fast checkin & checkout. Very clean. Very happy stay. ** The front walking steps to enter the building, the Center dividing slope. It will good or highly recommended to paste sticker marks with different Colors. International traveller might missed it, step on it & fell.

Our state was very nice. No problems. Just to be aware that this is not the touristy part of town. With no offense meant, we were the only white couple. We saw the whole time in this area. Everyone was smiling and friendly. No problem whatsoever with the locals they were very welcoming!

unexpectedly, my family was given a room with balcony with can see the sunrise and Mt Kinabalu. My children are very happy with playground and photo-taking stations. Me & my wife are overwhelmed and very satisfied with the delicious and abundant FOC breakfast

Hotel might be a little off the city area but grab and easily accessible. I rather stay in the outskirts where it’s not that noisy. Nearby mall for all your needs at any hours, one borneo have lots to offer. But don’t expect a shopping heaven from it, it’s far from it. It maybe a hyper mall but shops are quite basic. Really nice hotel up in the mountains with amazing views to chill and relax. Staff was amazingly friendly, with a lot of healthy choices on the menu. We definitely enjoyed the stay away from the city.

Room is showing its age but it should return to its glory days with minor touch up. Service was excellent, especially front staff! Would recommend dining at fishermen’s cove - fresh food, excellent service and nice ambience to wind down the day.

1. The Oceanus Shopping Mall is not fully operational. However the 3 convenient-marts along the corridor did help. 2. The bathroom walk-in closet is fantastic. More lighting in shower and vanity area will help in attending ourselves. Sofa and carpet looks pretty aged. It will be good if there’s a sofa cover (washable) to rest on, feeling more fresh and comfortable. The tv top quarter screen illumination is dark-shaded, uneven one-sided brightness.
