"On arrival we asked to upgrade our room. The staff went above and beyond to arrange this swiftly, even though the hotel was really busy We changed rooms the following day. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Its a lively area so its not for people that want quiet nights. My partner and i absolutely loved it and plan to come back next year"

"Clean room and cleaners are so helpful and happy to come daily and replace towels and do upkeep - really helpful! Staff are lovely and kind. Maybe think about some halal options for dinner / breakfast, or veggie / vegan sausages or meat! I had a great stay however, and would still rate this very high! "
