Využili jsme jako základnu pro poznávání pobřeží v lednu - v této době klid a dostatek parkovacích míst na hotelovém parkovišti (zdarma oproti záloze 10Eur za klíček k odemknutí zábrany, vyřízení na recepci). Snídaně od 7.30, ale využili jsme vybavenou kuchyňku. Prostorný byt se starším zachovalým nábytkem a měkčí matrací.

Great Hotel
Fabulous stay here. A positive comment: the Hotel does not go over the top on food abundance but plenty of choice and good quality which hopefully saves over wastage apparent at some hotels I've stayed. Apartments are huge and exceptionally clean and well equiped. Pillows and beds are little uncomfortable but always the case from home. Overall this is a well maintained and managed hotel. Lacks a bit of communal area and there is no entertainment laid on but the location to nightlife the beach and facilities is excellent.

It states that the resort is all inclusive, but that is not true. You have to pay for food when you arrive, pay for the gym, indoor pool and spa. There is no dining. The reason for this is because it is off season. They should let you know that. Also the beds you could feel every spring in the mattress. The hotel has need of renovation. The price was a good.

Excellent value, comfortable and clean
The room was a bit dated and tired, but given how cheap it was I wasn't expecting much. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was fantastic and the staff couldn't do enough, including helping me order a take away as the dining room was shut. Really good value and I'd definitely stop again when I'm on business in the area.

Some of the reviews here mention ‘dated’ bathrooms. Nothing wrong with coloured en-suites - didn’t spend long enough in the bathroom for it to be a problem. Very pleased with hotel - clean - plenty of fresh towels and sheets changed. Room cleaned every day. Great value for money. Well situated. Would definitely stay again.

Staff helpful when asked but not very chatty. The hotel seemed only partially full and we asked to keep our room for an extra hour or two which was declined. Never a problem any where else we have stayed

Very nice area the place was decent, the room smelled like someone just finished smoking inside. And I called ahead to see if they have a gym. They said yes but the gym is a independent business from from the hotel so I had to buy a membership. But they made it seem like it was part of their facilities

Our experience was very good. Only downside was it was extremely difficult to get a chair by the pool. People were up early and putting towels on them and keeping them all day. Very unfair and selfish. We also had to pay to use the indoor pool.

Property was dated but functional. Each room was laid out as an apartment but as we had booked fully inclusive the facilities were not used. The pool was adequate and a small children's pool was also available although this was quite small. Sun beds were unavailable when the pool area was busy but you could lie on the grass at the side.

Stayed here with my partner between 11/5- 15/5 and it was absolutely lovely. Can’t fault the hotel at all, and would definitely recommend. Will be revisiting and staying at this hotel at the next trip!!

Amazing service and great location!
Great place, and excellent value with all inclusive package! We got upgrade to 10th floor oceanview apartment even though booked regular apartment unit at lowest all inclusive promo rate!

Excellent customer service, nice & clean apartment
Stayed for two weeks, very happy with their Customer Service and Housekeeping staff. The best thing is when we asked to be transferred to a different room the next day, they very kindly honoured our request and they put us in probably one of the best ones on the 9th floor, with great views. Of course, this is dependent on availability. It is good value for money considering the location, just a few steps away to the mini-supermarket, beach, cafes, and restaurants. Did not use the facilities because of the time of the year i.e. the pool, but it looks amazing. Very safe place and people in the area are nice and friendly. Highly recommended!!

Relaxing break
We stayed in the Amarilis for week. It is very good value for money as you get what you pay for. It is not a 5* hotel so dont expect 5* food and treatment. Breakfast was excellent and they have a nice pool bar area. The rest of the food was quite repetetive but as stated earlier you are in a 3* hotel. Great location very close to the beach, shops and amenities. All in all a very nice relaxing week at very affordable price. thankyou all

Great location and very nice hotel and nice helpful staff. Downside not slot to do for kids, we went on October and thought it had an indoor pool which it does but it's privately owned by the gym so it's at an extra cost plus the entrance is via the gym

Great stay at the Club Amarilis - recommended!!
We had a lovely stay at Club Amarilis. Our accommodation was very spacious and our balcony had a view of the sea and the pool area - perfect for watching the sun go down! Slight downside was we were given a twin rather than double room but it was so nice otherwise we didn't ask to change. Staff are very friendly and the place had every amenity we could want. Only a four minute walk to the beautiful beach!

Very nice hotel close to the beach & restaurants.
Very easy to find with plenty of convenient, free parking. Check in was quick & easy with very friendly & professional staff. The lobby was very nice but the hallway approaching the room was a little dark, dingy & creepy at night. The room was very quiet & spacious and the kitchen & bathrooms were decent (nothing special). There was a fabulous, large patio. Downside was the beds - brutal at best. Beds were old and uncomfortable, which did not make for a very good night's sleep. Hotel amenities were excellent with the best hotel gym I have ever seen, tennis courts, a pool with bar service & a very nice restaurant.

Like a home from home.
I love this apartment hotel. I've been 3 times in a little over a year. The location is excellent only a short walk to the beach and town area. Lots of really good bars and restaurants where you are always sure of a warm welcome. The rooms are comfortable and clean, maid service every day if needed. The pool bar is great. Food really good. The hotel staff are on hand if needed and very pleasant and helpful.

Perfect for Self Catering - Could be a Little Cleaner
Great location, only a few minutes walk from the main strip and the beach. Great price for the apartment and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean when we arrived but the room cleaning through out the week wasn't great, they only appeared to empty bins, give new toilet roll and towels and that was all - by the end of our stay the bathroom was horrid. I wouldn't stay here for an all inclusive holiday but for self catering it was great. There is a gym, indoor pool and beauty treatments available as well as an outdoor pool and a convenience store located within the hotel. It wasn't the best hotel in the world but for the price you pay it is pretty good! All in all i was very pleased with the hotel, the location was brilliant but the views weren't all that great - only got the roads and other sky scraper hotels and it was also quite noisy at night due to the roads outside.

Arrived early with airport hotel transfer but the appartment was ready with a nice wecome. Well equiped kitchen. Balcony. Large sitting room. Lots of room. Bathroom a bit dated and the TV was small. The facilities were OK. Wifi only available downstairs but good value for a 24hr ticket. The sauna, indoor swimming pool area I found dissapointing with extra charge with no area/seating to relax but the outside pool and garden were excellent. Just a few minutes walk to the lovely beaches and restaurants/shops. Felt very safe. My hotel transfer was due to arrive mid-afternoon as I had an evening flight. They extended my check out until 2.30pm without any problem. All staff very friendly and eager to help.
