"Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The exterior is not new, but my room was nicely appointed. The water takes a very long time to get warm. Just when I was about to give up on it, it got better. Norice that I said warm. It never gets scalding hot, but it is good enough for me. The front desk usually has an English speaker available which helps a lot. Very clean and comfortable, helpful front desk
"Very pleased with this hotel, so we came back when we retuened to Almaty. Very clean property. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, with super clean comfortable bed. Wifi acceptable but could be improved. Front desk was extremely helpful with all needs. In a very nice neighborhood, and is located close to major train station, supermarket, major bus routes into city, and local parks. Will be happy to stay here again in the future."
