"On arrival we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who was very friendly and informed us of everything about the hotel. We had a lovely garden room which had a lovely view of the hotel gardens. The room was very spacious and had everything you required eg. Tea and coffee machine facilities, iron and ironing board, toiletries and plenty of storage. The bar had a great selection of drinks. The breakfast facilities were excellent they had a buffet for cereals, pastures, toast and fruit. Hot breakfast was served by staff. The staff in all areas of the hotel were all very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would certainly recommend a stay at this hotel. "

"Had to wait 40 minutes for room, plaster fallen off from ceiling and walls in pool area, jacuzzi not working, lockers not working, water jet massager in pool not working, have to pay additional fee to watch weekend entertainment, not allowed to use facilities after checking out "

"Lovely bar area with a feature fire which made it feel cosy and homely. Their lounge is also very relaxing with beautiful views. Staff are very helpful "

"Menu was very poor, place was filthy . Have taken pictures of this. Didnt even try the food as nothing on it i could eat. £15 for a breakfast is shocking . Bin overflowing in carpark. Windows where filthy. Carpets where a health hazzard. No running cold water in the mornings. No wifi for room tv to work was told wifi was broken. Cob weds in room skirtings where black. Would avoid at all costs. Sanitary bin in ladies changing room was over flowing. "

"Unfortunately due to a outbreak of norovirus within the hotel we had to cut our break short. And my daughter has caught it also 😞. Up until then we were all having a lovely time. "

"The hotel is a little tired. But my room was clean and comfortable. Was disappointed at check in to be informed they were not serving breakfast. I would have liked to have been told this in advance of my stay. "
