Hotels with free parking in Alpharetta

"I LOVE LEAVING GREAT REVIEWS but sadly cannot. The room was clean and satisfactory. Cannot take anything away from that. THE BIGGEST ISSUE IS THE CONDITION OF THE HOTEL AS A WHOLE AND THE CLASS OF GUESTS THAT BOOK THERE. * The hotel is very dated and exterior needs much work and repainting. * The interior carpeting near the main elevator on the first floor is extremely old, looks dirty and appears to be peeling off the floor. * The main elevator has stains on the walls, above the door and appear to be permanent. * The guests appear to be locals (not travelers to the city) and from an extremely low financial bracket. * All front desk employees do not wear uniforms or name badges (regular Street clothes is the average attire). * I extended my stay and booked extra nights to give me time to find a nicer hotel. I placed a "do not disturb"sign on my door handle and left my room for approximately 2 hours. I returned to all of my belongings missing. I informed the front desk and they discovered that the house cleaning crew entered the room (despite the Do Not disturb sign) and began to clean it, and threw all of my items in the dumpster (Clothes, Hair clippers, electric shaver, food, toothpaste, toothbrush and other items). After nearly 30 minutes or so, the house cleaner responsible for discarding the items retrieved them from the dumpster. I requested that they wash the clothes, and discount the price. They did. Will not return. "

"Average. This property needs to finish the little details in rooms that are not completed. Refresh painting on ceiling and walls. Need new toilet (I had to hold the handle for about 45 seconds to have a complete flush…annoying. The parking is not adequate at entrance. The hotel needs to inform guests about the specifics amenities and deficiencies about rooms at check in. This hotel’s housekeeping never cleaned my room-I stayed two nights. This hotel is all smoke and mirrors. I give it a rate of 2.5 stars. It has potential to be greater. "

"Room was decent but was not cleaned well at all. We had to move from our first room because of a strange smell to which the front desk person was extremely accommodating. Our second room was better but I kept finding long hairs all over the bathroom. Counters did not look cleaned and sink handle was almost too dirty to touch. Floor was sticky and I wore my shoes the entire time. However, I used the gym in the morning which was actually quite nice - various machines, towels, weights. Sweet staff but cleaning needs improvement. "

"Property smelled like mold and mildew. Also reservations said breakfast was included and they was charging 1499 per person for breakfast instead of it being free."

"When we arrived late at night, their system was down. I had to wait in the lobby with my child in the middle of the night for about 20-30 minutes, after travelling. They eventually put us in a room, but I had to come back to the front desk the next day to get keys and give them my credit card. Also, their pool was closed, and my kid was looking forward to playing in it. The staff was very friendly though!"
