"I had a cleaning staff enter my room while I was in it still …yikes "

"The hotel room was tidy and clean to it full degree like shown in the pictures yet the only complaints I would make would be the elevator being skeptical by having rough transition and as well the staff leading on a unpromising breakfast for when I check in the staff at the desk told me breakfast was served at it promised time but when the time came to get some food another staff member told me I needed to have a coupon acquired by previous member in order to have breakfast. Leaving me and my partner in an awkward position to just leave the dining atea feeling embarrassed. it was nice stay besides those factors."

"I have never stayed at a hotel where noone came and serviced our room. I did see the sign that said they only serviced every other day(which I thought was strange for a HILTON). But upon arrival we(a group of 3) only had 4 towels and 1 roll of toilet paper. Even after our second day we still had NO SERVICE. I was able to ask the janitor for a roll of tissue. Even when I went to the desk after being out all day i was told the best they could do was bring us some towels. Needless to say I will NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. And I am a reward member with this chain. "

"Loved the ambiance and friendliness of the staff. I genuinely have no complaints other than the daily parking fee. As staying an extended amount of time can get pricey "

"The room was great……. Staff wasn’t as kind as they should have been……. And for the price housekeeping was only by request 😡 but staff attitude @ least the ones I encountered were dismissive & short. Asa was bellman did not want to assist with bags second shift front desk personnel was short. So that took away from experience but valet staff was very accommodating & I didn’t even check a car. But hotel was beautiful 10/10 staff unfortunately was 4/10 location was 9/10"
