"Exceptional property, luxurious rooms and professional, gracious service. My daughter got sick on a holiday weekend and the staff managed to find a physician to come to the room to treat her. They went out of their way to make the stay comfortable and special for us. The room was well appointed and always cleaned or turned down in an inviting way. They have a firepit and rocking chairs out in the cloister area - which was very charming and decorated for the festive holiday season."

"This hotel is special for so many reasons. All the staff were excellent and so helpful and kind and attentive. Claudia and Enrico were exceptional and we got to know them. So super kind. Rooms had everything you could want and were perfectly cleaned and detailed. Breakfast was special with so many options and the views were unbelievable from our own balcony. "Miramalfi hotel, Amalfi. What an amazing location and hotel! Everything from the beautiful rooms to the exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. The entire team — from concierge and reception to the bar, room service, and restaurant — were outstanding. Always smiling and eager to help, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The shuttle service was so convenient and always on time, which made getting around effortless. The food was excellent, and the team made my wife’s special day dinner truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its perfect combination of location, quality, and genuine hospitality. We can’t wait to visit again!"

"We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were so welcoming, accomodating and answered all questions we had with a smile. They were very easy to contact through Expedia messages and helped to arrange a free luggage porter service from the ferry terminal that we arrived at (very nice inclusion, as the hotel is not far from the main road/ferry/bus area, but extremely busy during the day and could be difficult to navigate with luggage). The owner Gerry even helped us with a wine cork and a pair of glasses for us to enjoy a bottle that we brought back to the hotel on our first night. Other pluses: - the complimentary breakfast was good and coffee is made to order. - the location is perfect, right in the heart of Amalfi, provides a great base to see the city and the coast in general. - The rooftop terrace was incredible, we were almost always the only couple there. The views, the sunlight, and the sun chairs were very nice. - The hotel and the rooms are so clean and comfortable feeling. The jacuzzi tub in our room was much enjoyed. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet during the night, no disturbances to sleep. Overall, I would say this hotel is an incredible value on the coast, and an establishment run with genuine care. Go here if considering a stay in Amalfi! "

"We had an unforgettable stay at Hotel Santa Caterina. The property is breathtaking, perched on a cliff with panoramic Amalfi Coast views and a private elevator leading to a serene private beach. There was a mix-up with our initial room, but the staff handled it with professionalism and quickly moved us to a beautiful Junior Suite with a stunning sea view. Service was exceptional throughout — from the concierge to the restaurant team. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea was truly magical. Once settled, our stay was flawless. Highly recommended for anyone seeking luxury, elegance, and relaxation in Amalfi. We can’t wait to return! "
