"The building and our room was very clean and the staff was courteous. The breakfast was very good and the lady worked very hard to keep it clean and tables cleaned."

"Floors in main area, elevator and room not clean. No soap in one bathroom main floor, breakfast was poorly stocked. Only one luggage cart and it was not available. Staff was not present at front desk (main lobby empty). "
