"The staff is exceptional and they are a hospitality training hotel. Should out to one of the butlers, Grace, who can make things happen. Bensley Design created an elegant design with the perfect splash of whimsy. Rooms fitted out welll, spacious bathrooms. Restaurants outstanding. Lovely breakfast buffet, do not miss the banana bread. Kroya fine dining has a most exceptional tasting menu. We went twice! With 14 years since my last visit and so much change to the city, it was delightful to find these pockets of love."

The staff will do anything they can to make your stay perfect—nothing is ever too much trouble. The food is exceptionally fresh and delicious. I truly can’t wait to return. There isn’t a single negative thing I can say about this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone, and I felt genuinely sad to leave."
