"I have never stayed in such a remarkable hotel in my lifetime. As my first time visiting Cambodia, I must say , I was apprehensive at first. However, this hotel and the staff had made me feel very comfortable. It is a beautiful hotel, with extra services including Spa,Gym and a swimming pool. Furthermore, the rooms are very large and spacious with daily cleaning services towards the room. All staff within this hotel have always been very respectful, kind, friendly and welcoming towards not only the guests but also towards others within the building. "We had the King Pool Suite for 5 night. First night we were on street side which was loud due to the volleyball courts across the street. The mgmt changed us to Villa 9 which was in the back and perfectly situated.
A very positive experience with our butler, Neand, who was there for us at all hours. He seemed to respond to us during our entire stay regardless of time. Excellent job from him and better than any other butler service we have had before.
