"First night give us room without balcony even we had booked room with it. But next day we moved room with swimming pool acces! Really good staff so helpful! Good area! "

"Every staff member that I interacted with at this hotel (and there were many) were professional, friendly and helpful. I was always greeted and the staff and management went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable.
The rooms here are huge and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel provides all ammenities that you need and the aircon is nice and cool. The location is only a 2 minute walk from Pub Street, and also walkable to the main markets and many restaurants too.
There is also a great sized swimming pool that has a swim up bar with a great drinks menu - awesome way to relax after a hot day exploring Siem Reap.
