"Our stay was luxurious and the staff were fantastic our room was amazing and the location was perfect. We travelled in low season - extremely hot ! some amenities were not available we were supposed to have daily access to prampi lounge food tea and coffee and soft drinks but it was closed - however the staff ensured we were still served the snacks at the pool bar instead ! very helpful and we would definitely recommend J7 and also stay there again."

"The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The rooms and breakfast area were always clean. The staff at the roof bar were great. The rooftop pool was refreshing. Breakfast was the only let down, I thought the cereal was a little stale and the options were not as plentiful as other places. The location is fantastic and I would certainly stay here again"

"Wonderful staff! I asked where I could buy a needle & thread to repair my backpack & they had one of their staff machine-stitch it for free. Done in 30 minutes. Looked new. Just an example of how nice they all are. The hotel is conveniently located. A short walk to Pub Street. A block from the Siem Reap River. Has all the amenities. Two pools, bar, restaurants, spa, etc. Nice breakfast. They upgraded my room for free. Very spacious with cool air conditioning. I think it’s one of the finest hotels."
