The location is fabulous. Directly on the main strip in front of the sea. Staff was helpful. After checking in the AC wouldn't turn on. Fixed that.. 2 hrs later it was still hot so a technician came and we went to dinner. Upon return at 1 am, it was cooler but not cold. So i let them know in the morning before heading out. When returned in the evening it was much cooler. The shower was not very clean..it had old stains. It was also very finicky.. usually scalding hot. I was on the 2nd floor... directly under the breakfast area so it got loud really early in the morning.

Uma usina para turistas. Horrivel

Quarto muito barulhento, musica alta (do restaurante deles), sujo, velho, luz do banheiro quebrada, chuveiro enferrrujado. De manhã no segundo andar escuta todas as cadeiras se mexendo do café da manhã no terceiro andar, ou seja impossivel dormir apos 6h30. Café da manhã muito basico, melancia super azeda (devia estar no prato ao ar livre um tempão). Suco de fruta horivel, super aguado (devem fazer um litro e adicionar 10litros pra render, não é possivel...). Nenhuma atenção e apoio da parte da equipe do hotel. De fato, o objetivo da rede Lonier (que tem varias pousadas) é atuar na quantidades de hospedes para fazer dinheiro, não na qualidade do serviço. A pior estadia da minha vida.

Fiquei decepcionada com a limpeza do hotel , eu como viajante já estive em hotéis maiores e de maior fluxo , porém com limpeza impecável , banheiro com azulejos com muito limo . O horário de saída também não foi satisfatório, as 10h da manhã com funcionário deselegantemente batendo a porta e colocando placa de saída na porta ! Se há um contrato de prestação de serviços, cada parte sabe bem das suas responsabilidades, primeira vez que vejo e não gostei ! Não voltaria a me hospedar .

Apenas o café da manhã se salvou. Toalhas velhas e encardidas, edredon furado, lençóis duros, chuveiro velho com água muito quente ou muito fria. Se demorar a tomar banho acaba a água quente. Péssima acomodação.

A pousada é bem localizada, a equipe atenciosa, mas tivemos alguns problemas, inclusive necessitando a troca de apt., pois ao usar o box, o banheiro todo alagava (ralo entupido?). No novo quarto a descarga do vaso sanitário quebrou 2 dias seguidos (indicando falta de manutenção adequada). Observamos também que o box, em ambos os quartos, apresentavam limo e mofo (limpeza precária). O WiFi também oscilava muito e não funcionava nos banheiros.

Ótimas acomodações! Excelente custo-benefício, localização excepcional beira praia a poucos metros do cais de chegada na ilha e bem no centro comercial rodeado por lojas e restaurantes! Café da manhã muito bom! Funcionários atenciosos e uma agência de passeios na própria pousada super atenciosos e que facilitam muito no agendamento e dúvidas dos passeios! Super recomendo!

Pousada boa e simples! Bom café! Equipe atenciosa

Pousada simples, limpa, equipe atenciosa, bem localizada. O café Da manhã é bem farto e gostoso!! A única coisa que incomodou é que a água do chuveiro ou esquenta muito A ponto de não conseguir tomar banho ou fica fria demais, seria bom revisitar essa questão para maior conforto.

Proximidade da estação de embarque / desembarque.

Hotel agradável, bastante próximo a estação de embarque e desembarque da Vila do Abraão. Quarto com ar-condicionado e cama confortável. Chuveiro bom também. Café da manhã com bastante frutas e variedade de pães bolos. Vários restaurantes próximo. Recomendo pelo custo-benefício.

Mysig pousada belägen nära piren där båten du ankommer med lägger till. Rent och snyggt. Välfungerande luftkonditionering, dock väsnades den en del. Frukostbuffén var jättebra och personalen väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam! Ingen bra ljudisolering, men oss störde det inte så mycket. Bra boende för bra pris! Rekommenderas!
