"Front desk staff not responsive. I have booked this for considering parking facilities but front desk staff mentioned no parking and not responding and not sharing details. Simply mentioned you can call customer care. I have struggled with family without parking for 1hrs in the car itself. Room wsa not good i have requested to get some room spray but he mentioned no spray. Bathroom was not good and clean. My family not happy to use the toilets. Bedsheets and bed not clean looks like Bedsheets...
