"The staff was wonderful, kind and always eager to help. The elevators smelled strongly of food the entire stay. The fourth floor smelled musty as soon as you exited the elevator. The room was nice and organized well but the bathroom shower was moldy. I hate leaving anything negative since the staff was above and beyond amazing, but the condition of the shower was disgusting and the moldy smell was off-putting. I'd have forgiven the elevator smell if the other two hadn't be an issue."

"The staff were magnificent, all very helpful especially amen in the breakfast area. Food was great high quality with a good selection of European and Indian dishes. The facilities in the room were good with access to English language films and sport. It was a bit away from everywhere else and there could have been better facilities on the beach as the sea did look inviting. On the whole thumbs up all round. It is what I expect from a 5 star hotel. "
