"When booking the "run of the house" option you are taking a gamble of having proper beds in your room. I thought since I selected 3 people in the room that I would be given a room with two beds. This was not the case when you select run of the house the room is a little cheaper but you will get what is available could be two beds or one. Luckily for us we had a wonderful concierge that helped resolve the issue very quickly. We had a fabulous stay and very happy with everything else. "

"This place was great! From the outside it looks old, which it is. Enter and you hear Mexican music (which I am totally ok with). The parking lot is clean, the entry is secure and clean. On the floor the machines are new and clean also. The flooring is clean and new. The only real difference I see is that you have to get your own snacks and drink. The carpet and flooring throughout are newer and clean. No trash, drunk people or psychotics in the hallways. No additional charges (parking fees, "resort fees"). The neighborhood is not great but nice. I saw a Panda Express, Subway and min-mall across the street. The parking lot was clean and orderly. The staff was well trained (don't worry all spoke English well). They had good recommendations for the area. They had GREAT food specials - full meals for $6! Bottom line I wound definitely return.....good job!"

"The food and the staff at the hash house are excellent, room was clean, parking gargae is a little bit of a walk to the north side to get to registration for your room , no valet parking,as far as getting to everything its awsome, you can walk rignt to all the attractions other food casinos.location is great, do have to drive to get to the strip, but if you dont go to the strip you can park walk to all the places to see on Fremont St make sure you got walking shoes on all in all good location"

"The receptionist only spoke Spanish but she was a great woman! Such a sweet heart. I am glad I chose this place. Although the bedsheets has some holes, I am content with the bedding mattress. "

"Everything was good other than went to shower and had nothing but scalding hot water no matter where I put the handle. Was not able to get it fixed before having to leave. Disappointed I had to go the hole day with out getting to clean up. "
