When I stayed in the hotel, was a school prom. I have a little baby, she should sleep at 23:00, but was very noise It’s not good conditions . We should be at the airport at 04:00 am. And we haven’t time waiting when prom will be over.

Bad hotel, only stay if you can’t afford better
Not a good hotel. Stay uninterested and incompetent. The room was at least well cleaned, but the rest of the building and gardens was pretty badly cleaned and maintained. The window in our room didn’t close. We had to get help to use the shower because the tap was blocked shut. The circuit box in the room buzzed very loudly all night. But it was the only affordable hotel within 10km of airport so we stayed, in spite of the unanimously awful reviews.

Brilliant and hospitable Receptionist
The receptionist, Borak, was supremely helpful during our brief stay at Expo Park Hotel. He served us breakfast with a smile, helped us with our enquiries about a taxi transfer to a local town and was very welcoming overall. Our stay at Expo Park Hotel was intended to be a brief stay after arriving at Antalya Airport yet Borak made all the difference during our stay. Thank you Borak!!

I did not like your Expedia reservation because when I arrived there at 8:30 pm, they said your reservation was canceled because the price is very low and this me problem with Expedia not them. After more than one hour waiting, I let me get and charger me 5 $ extra

Did not enjoy it that much.staff does not speak english, initialy gave me a room with an unlocking door(which they knew about), wifi is very unreliable, located near a rubbish disposal area so the smell was not nice at all.

This experience was an absolute shambles from start to finish. I always try to be positive in my reviews but not in this case, except to say that is was cheap. BUT you get what you pay for i.e. poorly organised, dilapidated and hazardous. I can't believe that Expedia have this hotel on their books. As I literally only needed a room for an 8 hour stop over I made do. Advice to other travellers - avoid like the plague.

It was a reasonable hotel. First night they tried to charge us extra when took us to a room but we refused. They they took us to another room which was a bit smaller but no extra charge. We accepted that one but then there was leakage on the floor in bathroom which was creating mess , not fixed by the staff even mentioned few times to them. However we were then moved to another room which was perfectly fine, no issues. Some staff was really good. We were booked five people but our room had 4 single beds. The staff then kindly arranged for an extra bed in both rooms we were moved into. Breakfast was ok but u need to be there early as there is less posit refilling. Few of breakfast items were really good while the rest were ok. Now tea with milk or coffee was available. Also no house keeping was done during our stay at hotel. Language problem was also an issue but they were sometimes using the translating app and sometimes used sign language ,so managed ok for that time. Staff needs to learn some basic English to communicate. One receptionist knew some English but she couldn’t be present all the time.airconditioning was super good. Overall our experience at this hotel was accepteable avd we are happy with it apart from that leakage. Please do not pay extra if they ask u to.

The only think that was good about this hotel was the receptionist Amina who went completely out of her way to make us comfortable and above & beyond for us but the hotel itself is run down and in the middle of nowhere.

Staff were really friendly although after booking I tried to call and the girl on reception kept hanging up the phone because she didn't understand English. When I got there the staff were nice and were helpful, now the room was a double but it hadn't had a proper clean for a while and for £17.50 per night for 1 person I would have thought it would have at least been clean. The bedding and towels were fine but the toilet was dirty and the toilet seat was broken.

ok but try again. service failed.
We booked this hotel because it had jacuzzi and balcony/terassa and we wanted to relax after some tiring days. When we got the room there were NO JACUZZI only shower, and no balcony/terassa. We also wanted double bed and the room we got was two single beds. So we asked to change. They moved us to a different room with three single beds (and sold our previous room with our bags in it to new guests!). The lamps in the room was broken, the mini bar was empty, the shower only had cold water. After asking for hot water they "turned it on" (why it was off?) in the morning it was cold again... The WiFi was not working in the room. Air condition worked fine and room seemed clean. Price ok.

Hotel good for a nights stay close to the Airport,but no breakfast available. Hotel charged me 2 x 60 TL, as I had my friend plus son for about 2 hours in my room.I paid in fully 120 TL.Payment possible only in Cash,not by credit-card.

Le personnel est très agréable le soucis c'est la propreté des chambres et de la douche en plus de l'eau qui est tiède je ne suis pas sûre que la chambre a été nettoyé avant notre arrivée

Die Zimmer sind in einem schrecklichen Zustand, im Bad die Armaturen teilweise abgebrochen, die Duschkabine sehr schmutzig, die AC nicht einstellbar, dh entweder sehr kalt oder ohne. Die Außenbereiche ungepflegt, schmutzig und voll Müll, die Tische verschmutzt. Wir sollten ein Lunchpaket für Frühstück bekommen, wegen des frühen Fluges, die sehr junge Dame an der Rezeption meinte, wir sollten zur Tanke nebenan gehen. Wir kennen dieses Hotel von einem früheren Aufenthalt bereits und wir nutzen es wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen, es hat sich extrem verschlechtert. Sehr freundlich waren die Barista bei unserer Ankunft und bei der Abreise, beide baten uns Tee oder Café an. Wirklich ein extrem runter gekommenes Hotel - schade - und so billig es nun auch nicht.
