The room was very clean and had good amenities. The main let down was the staff service. We had a simple request of leaving the luggage in the lobby while waiting for a taxi. The lobby was spacious enough to fit our luggage without getting in the way. However the receptionist was quite cold and barely let us keep them there for an hour, leaving us to carry luggage around in 0 degree weather. Some more friendliness and cooperation would have made us feel more supported especially considering that this is a common service that other hotels provide without a hassle.

The family room was excellent — very spacious and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better, right above the metro station and surrounded by convenience. There’s a 7-Eleven, Starbucks, and other shops just downstairs, as well as a shopping mall with a Uniqlo.

Great property overall. Clean, spacious, next to a shopping center and train line. But the staff was rarely at the front desk, so it was hard to ask questions. Would absolutely stay again though.

Amazing!

Amazing location right next to the keio line lots of amenities around the hotel including cafe Uniqlo etc big rooms with washing machines/dryer and kitchen. The staff were kind and helped with luggage delivery offered right next door at Lawson 10/10 would recommend

Amazing stay! Perfect location!! The only thing is there’s no daily room service clean up and I had to pay 8000 yen for an extended check out at 12. But would stay here again for sure!!!
