"We arrived much earlier and wanted to drop off our luggage. We got to the hotel around 6am. There was no one at the front desk for about an hour. We knocked on the desk as there was no service bell and hollered in case someone was in the back room, called the hotel twice and someone finally picked up after the 2nd attempt.
