"The location was perfect, really perfect, right in the middle of everything. The staff was helpful and booked us a fun whale watch. The room was very nice and they served a wonderful breakfast."

The rooms are clean and they have a wonderful breakfast spread. The owner was really helpful - she helped us to call up our tour company to arrange for a closer pick up and drove us to the pick up point in her own car because it was snowing when we checked out.

Friendly staffs made our check-in, living and moving around very easy.
The hotel location is only a few bus-stops away from the city centre, hence very convenient!

Water pressure of the shower head was rather low. Our room was beside the road and we could hear external sound and movement. We had booked a junior suite and parking was included, but this was not conveyed to us. We had parked at a free parking space about 7 minutes away and it was very cold and slippery walking over. Only when we decided to pay and park in the underground garage on the second day that we were informed that complimentary parking was provided with our room type. This could be...

everything - excellence, but at night the music out there could be a disturbance. Need to open the window, else too stuffy. And it woukd be great if the hotel provides a bigger mirror in the living room.

Room is spacious, comfortable, and clean. Only thing missing is hairdryer which we have to ask at the reception as they don't provide it by default in the room.

The property was fantastic and mere minutes away from the city centre.
The staff of the hotel could be friendlier. They all seem rather standoffish. Not sure if it's Icelandic culture but surely not because i've stayed in other places and they are warm, smiley and chatty.
