"Everyone from the staff was super helpful and friendly, my biggest concern before coming was parking and once the staff gave me the information about parking it was a breeze coming in and out of the hotel as needed. As for the rooms always checked on me to make sure I had clean towels and sheets. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Lisbon."

"We had a nice 4 night stay. Pros: quiet, comfy bed, good aircon, and nice staff. Cons: the pool has zero shade, and they don't give you pool towels; and the room is very basic (no fridge, for example). We booked for the pool and were super disappointed by it. We spent about 15 minutes out there before the sun became unbearable. A few umbrellas would make a world of difference."

"So Breakfast was ok price and the food was good. The staff spoke english and were very kind. Room was clean and spacious. Not much view but go to the coast for that. Room cleaning was consistently every day unless you hang the card on the door. Only minor problem was renting a bike. They don't provide locks or helmets for the bikes. Best way to travel for tourists would be public transportation or scooters."

"Great location, near metro and three supermarkets; No air conditioning. Parking is an issue, as the area is very busy. Shared washrooms are clean but may be busy when you need them. If you travel with large luggage, please note that stairs are leading to the ground level. Also, windows on the ground level are low, so it is not safe to leave them open."
