Absolutely LOVED staying here! The room was big and beautiful, the bed is so comfortable, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the breakfast is delicious, as well as dinner! They include a bottle of wine with your stay which is so nice. They also made up a nice display for our anniversary. I HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Our two night stay here exceeded our expectations! We were gratuitously upgraded to a superior room due to availability and were offered a welcome drink upon arrival. The location is central and perfect for those looking to walk down to the river, hop on a tour bus, metro or grab a local bike/scooter. Would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again the next time I visit Lisbon. The front desk staff are exceptionally attentive and helpful as well (shoutout to Nicole and Ali)!

This is a lovely boutique hotel in an area with many restaurants and shops. They have a nice wine selection, and their cheese board is excellent. We didn't partake of the breakfast buffet, but it looked substantial. The staff here is outstanding.

Had a wonderful 2 nights stay, warm welcome, friendly and helpful staff, great nights' sleep, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was superb, great choice and quality and the evening dining was very good. They even added a little birthday gift for my husband. Perfect central location but quiet being on pedestrian street. Highly recommended!

Very convenient location, lots of restaurants in the area. Room is big and they give you free water and slippers. Pillows are also firm and the bed is comfy. The only con for me is that the washroom sink is quite small but overall it’s a beautiful boutique hotel.

We didn't know what to expect when booking this hotel...but this turned out to be a great hotel to stay at. They greeted us with a welcome drink and a comp bottle of wine in the room. The staff was super helpful. They even packed us a to go breakfast box for our early flight out. The location can't be beat! you are in the center of everything you can literally walk strait to the end of the Arch and all the shopping is just around the corner. It's a bit touristy with the food options since you are in the center of the main tourist spots, but you can wander a bit off the beaten path and find some great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a fabulous location. Breakfast was as expected but many items were not replenished so choice then became quite limiting. The staff member on breakfast service was on his own so service was slow and orders were often incorrect. I also never felt the staff were friendly for such a small hotel. The room we were in was lovely, spacious and front facing, 4th floor. You couldn’t hear any noise. The complimentary bottle of wine on arrival was lovely and we were able to change to a choice we preferred. The cleaning of the room was minimal (marks still visible on bathroom counter) the water was topped up each day which was good. I personally didn’t like the toiletries due to quality and smell. There’s a beautiful courtyard and area in the hotel but didn’t feel comfortable using it as the inside bedrooms looked into it. I’m not sure we would stop there again as it I didn’t have that added value for what we paid.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is very clean and very close to everything. There are basically everything around you and very convenient to everything. I got to try their tuna salad paired with wine (don't remember the name but the waiter recommended) and it was delicious and great pairing suggestion. I had a lemon pie which was the perfect dessert. Everything has been wonderful!

This hotel is in a very active and busy location but feels very safe. It’s clean with fast wifi and great air conditioning. The staff are helpful and the food is delicious. The only issue is the cleaning products are heavily scented so be mindful if you have allergies and bring antihistamines and consider not having the room cleaned daily while your there.
