"We had a lovely stay at Cozy Casitas! Joani was a lovely host and was very helpful and gave great local advice. The accommodation was very clean, the kitchen had everything you need, the outdoor area was peaceful and enjoyable, and most importantly the air conditioning worked very well. We recommend renting a car as taxis can get quite expensive quickly - we rented a car for $231USD for about a week from Chener car rental and we recommend organizing that instead of paying for taxis. "We absolutely adored our stay at Mammaloes. We booked a week in Queenie and loved having a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown and popular tourist attractions. "The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. The stairs leading to our room were very steep. Our room was situated separate from the other rooms. Assistance was needed to carry luggage upstairs and these stairs could be deemed as challenging for the elderly and people with special needs. The staff are very friendly. "I arrived at check in time of 4pm and was not able to check in because the manager was not there. She showed up 45 minutes later. Check in was OK. I asked about the time for the free continental breakfast the details showed. She claims because it wasn't on the confirmation of the reservation, she was not going to honor it. The ad also says free airport shuttle. Details to contact the property did not come up on my end until I was already in route to the property so I ended up taking a taxi. ...

"The property was new and clean. Our 3 bedroom suite was very spacious and clean. We loved the ocean view. The sunsets from the pool deck and our patio were AMAZING!. Food at the hotel restaurant was nothing to brag about. The ceviche, Cheeseburger and the Triple decker sandwiches were the best but overpriced. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance with many options and cheaper. We would stay here again."

"property was beautiful. Although, it has a couple of kinks that needs to be addressed. The shuttle service was excellent, specially to Noel Villegas. He's very courteous, nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The staff in every restaurant, specially Bibi from Mulligan's. She's the best. She takes our orders and doesn't write anything, but she remembers all of it! Amazing! the couple of kinks are, there was one bellhop that helps everyone when getting off the shuttle. Mind you, I have a cane because I just had knee replacement surgery, this bellhop didn't help me until he was given a tip. He was just looking at me getting off the shuttle until my friend gave him a tip. We tip all the time and to everyone that helps us. The second one, is the infinity pool, it needs a little scrubbing or shock at night. There was some algae forming on the steps and it gets slippery. I just don't want any accidents there. But the restaurants are phenomenal! Ginger, if you can get a reservation there, it's so worth it! They had a cake for my sister and I, it was out birthday !"
