"the location is excellent. We drive and can park the car downstairs. There is a very nice Starbucks house just 3 mins walk away. Within 10 mins walk you can find a very nice shopping mall (MaxValu Maruyama Class Store). The flat is spacious and sufficient for six of us. Two bathrooms are a valid advantage. The obly comment is the kitchen ware is highly insufficient for cooking. Also please add a coffee machine there will be nice."

"Under the beds aren’t clean. Chairs were not in good condition. Wooden panel came off in kitchen. Need to do room check just in case. But overall still a decent place to stay at."

"Lovely staff and very clean hotel. My son and I enjoyed tge breakfast options but the fussier members of my family did not. The onsen is so relaxing. You can walk to many places from here. The beds are hard but We still had some good nights of sleep."
